What we collect

• Vehicle Identification Numbers you submit for lookup.
• Payment metadata processed by Polar.sh (we never see full card details).
• Aggregated, anonymised analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Legal basis

We rely on legitimate interest for security and fraud prevention, and on contract for fulfilling paid report purchases. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep your session and cart state, and privacy-first Cloudflare Web Analytics which does not use tracking cookies or fingerprinting. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

Sub-processors

• Polar.sh — payment processing and Merchant of Record.
• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS and privacy-first analytics.
• Auto.dev — vehicle data provider (VIN input only, no personal data).

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, deletion, or portability of your personal data. Email privacy@verifyvin.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
